# Welcome! ## In the beginning. There were two projects. Codex which came first and Cryptex close on its heels. The two lead developers Blue Cosmo and Cythes had met online out of total and complete coincidence and realized they both were working on similar projects. One night Cosmo the developer of Codex presented a brilliant idea to Alex (Cythes) that they should team up.
